  I have been to this McDonald's several times over the years. It is the only fast food restaurant available in town so options are limited. The restaurant has had makeover but it's up to the same old tricks. The bathrooms are unclean and unstacked (I.e. no toilet paper or soap). The staff sits around and talks to each other more than helps the patrons. The drink station is usually nasty and unclean. I have come on nights where it was standing room only and on nights like tonight where there are no customers waiting. The staff is not aware of their own menu. For example the menu behind the cashier said breakfast meals are served with fries and coffee or substitute drink. The cashier argued we can't make it a meal cause they don't do hashbrowns. I advised her I knew and pointed out the menu behind her. She still would not make it a meal. I've had to point out every time their menu. The only reason I return is for the WiFi and to get a bite after watching a movie over at Morris Theatre. Avoid unless you are desperate for a bite.

  I honestly would give this McDonald's zero stars,but since I don't have that option. I will rate it as low as possible. Now being a home town guy, I should be willing to boost this business, that's not the case. When you consider that Daingerfield is a small town, you would think that you would get fast friendly service. That is absolutely not happening here. I think this store is a reflection of it's owner. In like manner he cares nothing for the of Daingerfield nor his employees. All he wants is their dollar. In likeness the employees don't care about the customers, just getting their pay checks
